The Agency is proud to announce the official opening of our San Francisco office in Noe Valley. Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky broke the news of our expansion into Northern California during this week’s Inman Connect San Francisco.
The San Francisco team will be led by Managing Partner and industry veteran, Rachel Swann. Bringing more than a decade of local real estate and mortgage experience, Swann is a top 1% producing San Francisco agent and former principal at The Swann Group, a partner group of agents at Vanguard Properties.
“Demand has driven our decision to enter the market in San Francisco with the opening of our Noe Valley office, and we look forward to serving our clients in both the resale and new development realms,” said Mauricio. “Rachel has a deep understanding of the market and its nuances, and we’re excited to partner with her as we firmly establish our foothold in Northern California.”

The new office will be centrally located in the coveted neighborhood of Noe Valley. Swann will lead the fast-growing team of agents, who specialize in luxury homes, vacation leases and new development projects. Swann, who studied at UC Berkeley, has extensive experience in residential sales in some of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods including Noe Valley, Mission Dolores, Duboce Triangle, SOMA, Glen Park, Hayes Valley, Bernal and Pacific Heights.
