The Agency recently celebrated the launch of our Sherman Oaks office with a lively soiree at the new Valley outpost. Together with our recently-opened San Francisco office, the new location brings our total number of offices to 14 worldwide, with more openings scheduled for the fall.
Agents, family, and friends enjoyed wine by Vintage Point, bites by Bellwether, and an Agency-branded floral installation by J’Adore Les Fleurs as they explored the sleek new space, replete with concrete floors, raised ceilings, and walls of glass overlooking a lush courtyard. Media Partner Ventura Magazine donated 100 copies of its latest issue, featuring the Sherman Oaks office, making for the perfect take home gift.
Located at 14140 Ventura Boulevard Suite 101, the office is managed by industry veterans Craig Knizek and Michelle Schwartz. Craig, who grew up in the West San Fernando Valley area and lives in Sherman Oaks, has worked in the Valley real estate industry for more than eight years. Currently residing in Studio City, Michelle has been immersed in Los Angeles real estate since childhood, bringing an equal grasp of 310 and 818 markets to her new post. Both have been with The Agency since its founding.
“Michelle and I have enjoyed the privilege of helping shape The Agency’s culture from its inception, as well as the physical space in Beverly Hills,” says Craig. “I feel so proud to share our dynamic platform from this unique company and to offer that to other agents.” Adds Michelle, “I am looking forward to leading this office to remarkable success. I have so much pride in bringing The Agency to Sherman Oaks and know we have a very bright future ahead painting the Valley red.”
