The property, listed by Santiago Arana for $12,950,000, offers 5,400 square feet of living space, is zoned for horses, and features everything from eclectic flea market finds to a playhouse from France. 217 4TH AVENUE #3 → Actress Amber Tamblyn’s Venice townhouse, named A Hot Property by the Los Angeles Times, sits five blocks from the water and offers sweeping ocean views. Listed by Michelle Schwartz and Garrett Carter for $1,549,999, “the light-filled residence” is situated on one of the highest points in Venice, offering a rooftop terrace, skylights, and two fireplaces.

MR. C RESIDENCES → “The appeal of the turnkey home is hard to resist,” writes the Los Angeles Times, which featured Mr. C Residences as a Hot Property earlier this month, adding the degree of privacy and luxury incorporated into Mr. C Residences stands out. Also standing out, the project’s architectural pedigree, which was the focus of a Q&A by Robb Report with famed California Architect Ray Kappe, who shared the inspiration behind his vision for the five distinct residences located at Mr. C Beverly Hills and represented by The Agency Development Group.

HAPPY VALLEY ROAD #8 → This Wallace Neff inspired masterpiece in North Scottsdale hit the Luxury Homes + Lifestyle page on Dwell.com, showcasing design reminiscent of California’s golden age.
