Metropolis Los Angeles Taps The Agency as Exclusive Sales and Marketing Firm

The largest mixed-use development in the Western United States, Metropolis Los Angeles has named The Agency Development Group as its new sales and marketing firm. The news comes as the $1 billion residential, hotel, and retail destination prepares to launch sales of its phase two residences in Downtown Los Angeles.

Encompassing 6.3 acres in the Central Business District, Metropolis features three residential towers, the boutique Hotel Indigo, and 70,000 square feet of retail space. From sky parks to resort-style pools overlooking the city, Metropolis offers a highly serviced, amenity-rich lifestyle within moments of L.A. Several move-in ready residences and model homes are currently available to tour. The Agency will also launch sales of the residences in Tower II, which is scheduled for completion in summer 2018.
