With a combined 75 years of experience on some of the world’s most impactful development projects, the team brings a wealth of knowledge and existing relationships with buyers and agents to what is currently the largest mixed-use development in the Western United States.

The Metropolis team is led by Sales Manager Sheridan Mantor, a 20-year industry veteran who has sold, leased and managed high-end residential properties across L.A., San Diego, Portland, and Scottsdale. She is joined by Senior Sales Associates Mark Sanchez, who specializes in large-scale, new development projects across Los Angeles; Lisa Fittipaldi who holds two decades of experience in the residential arena in L.A. and the Westside; Sales Associate Annie Leung, who brings 15 years of expertise in leasing and selling high-end new construction developments; and Transaction Coordinator Linna Yi, a driven, energetic coordinator who is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Sheridan, Mark and Lisa came from the nearby Ten50, where they collectively received an award as “Sales Team of the Year,” and brought the project to an almost 100% sellout during their tenure.
