Demonstrating The Agency’s commitment to sustainability, innovation and collaboration, on Wednesday, April 18th, Managing Partner Santiago Arana and Co-Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky partnered with Tesla for an intimate, twilight broker’s open at 4130 Calle Isabella, one of San Clemente’s most awe-inspiring luxury estates.
Esteemed agents and guests met at The Agency’s Beverly Hills headquarters and were whisked away in chauffeured Teslas to the nearly three-acre, 13,000-square-foot seaside compound, located in the guard-gated Cotton Point Estates. The home’s grand, cobblestoned motor court served as the entrypoint for the evening, rendered all the more impressive when lined with the sleek collection of red and black Model Xs—falcon doors open to the elements.
Overlooking jaw-dropping views of the Pacific Ocean, guests enjoyed caviar and small bites from Choux Choux, bubbly from Lucien Albrecht and wine by Chalk Hill as they mingled and explored the home’s expansive grounds. Showcasing a staggering 450 feet of ocean frontage, broad lawns, generous terraces and mature gardens, the home lends itself to entertaining on the grandest of scales. Inside, a rustic motif evokes a casual elegance perfectly suited to the Southern California lifestyle, with every major room oriented toward garden, ocean and sunset views.
“The Agency sells more than real estate—it sells a lifestyle,” says Mauricio. “Our clients look to us to align them with the luxury brands that resonate with that lifestyle.” Adds Santiago, “As one of the most impressive oceanfront estates in Southern California, 4130 Calle Isabella proved a perfect match for this special partnership with Tesla; both embody an air of elegance and sophistication—inside and out.”
