The Agency is thrilled to announce its arrival in Pasadena. Beloved for its beautiful gardens, iconic Rose Bowl stadium and charming, walkable Old Town, Pasadena is L.A. County’s fourth-oldest city—and it wears its history proud. Pasadena’s historic beaux arts bridges, California craftsman bungalows and romantic Spanish villas serve as a reminder of its storied past, while a host of innovative tech companies, eclectic galleries and creative eateries are attracting a new wave of homebuyers.
The new Pasadena office will be led by Managing Partner Gus Ruelas, who brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the team. More than 10 agents join Gus in Pasadena with many more top producers set to join the firm in the coming months.

On Saturday, June 23rd, The Agency hosted an intimate celebration at Pasadena’s Arroyo Chophouse ahead of the office’s grand launch. Agents and staff from across The Agency’s L.A. area locations joined Gus, Mauricio and President and Co-Founder Billy Rose for drinks and appetizers as they mixed and mingled with their fellow real estate pros.

I am honored to be charged with leading the firm’s expansion in Pasadena.”
