Following the successful completion of their first villas in 2017, and in anticipation of their first rental guest, Gansevoort Villas Turks+Caicos recently celebrated its official launch with a lively beachfront soiree.

The private, six-villa compound, located on the spectacular southern shore of Providenciales in Turtle Tail, has been the the talk of travel zines the world over—from Robb Report to Travel Channel. A short 2.5-mile drive from the renowned Gansevoort Turks+Caicos on Grace Bay Beach, the villas combine the luxury amenities and services of the world-class Gansevoort Turks+Caicos hotel with the warmth and intimacy of a private, residential experience.

Designed to take full advantage of the island’s unique topography and stunning, elevated sea views, the sophisticated villas offer a graceful balance of contemporary, open spaces and elegant design, accentuating dramatic outlooks over the pristine, sandy banks of the south shore. The expansive four- and five-bedroom residences are designed in the likeness of traditional courtyard houses. Each villa features expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, clean lines, and two oceanfront infinity pools, while ocean-level decks provide access to the calm, turquoise waters below.

The stunning villas will be managed and serviced by the experienced team of professionals of Gansevoort Turks+Caicos and include access to the unrivaled amenities and services of the hotel, including shuttle service to and from the resort, signing privileges, concierge services, and exclusive villa owner discounts. Villa owners also have the option to include their villa in the Gansevoort rental program, comprised of a 175-person professional management team that will market and maintain the residences in the same professional manner as Gansevoort Turks+Caicos resort.

Mauricio and developer Bruce MacLaren did the honors of a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony, after which guests were free to explore the exquisite, open-concept living spaces and dip their toes in the turquoise waters from the villa’s ocean-level deck.

“The Gansevoort Villas represent the ultimate Turks & Caicos lifestyle,” says Mauricio. “They’re elegant, sophisticated and offer all the luxuries of the finest hotel on the island with the comforts of home. It was an honor to join our Turks & Caicos team to celebrate what is unquestionably among the most exciting new offerings in the Caribbean.”
