Located in Boca Raton, the new office—our 25th worldwide to date—is led by industry veterans Chris Franciosa and Jared Ringel, who together have sold more than $100 million of residential and new development real estate. With a long history in the real estate sales and development industry in South Florida, Chris and Jared will continue to work with buyers, sellers and new development clientele as they grow and lead The Agency Collective.

The opening of the new office also marks the arrival of The Agency Development Group (TADG) and The Agency Creates (TAC) in the South Florida 
market. TADG is already engaged for 333 Victoria Park and joins The Agency Turks & Caicos office in the sales and marketing efforts for Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay. The Agency Creates will be bringing a unique approach to public relations, marketing, graphic design, web design and more to South Florida clients.
