JAMES HARRIS & DAVID PARNES → Need a permanent vacation? Robb Report rounded up the “hottest (and coolest) places to buy a vacation home” and Puerta Cortes, a 580-acre community in La Paz represented by The Agency’s PR team, topped the list.
