Built in 1949 by architect William Pereira, the home has been featured on episodes of Mad Men and Californication, and was once leased by Old Blue Eyes himself.

The “King of Cool” used to spend Sundays at the iconic estate, where he would host afternoon tea dances with his wife Jeanne.
