Celebrating The Agency's Arrival in Park City

Posted on Thursday, August 9, 2018.

One of the world’s most beloved mountain destinations, Park City has evolved from a winter favorite into a thriving, year-round destination for outdoor enthusiasts and cultural denizens alike. Between Park City ski area and nearby Deer Valley, Park City provides 8,200 acres of skiable terrain, plus incredible golf, hiking, mountain biking, open-air concerts, shopping, dining and nightlife—not to mention playing host to the renowned Sundance Film Festival every year. For those not lucky enough to call Park City their year-round home, its proximity to places like Los Angeles and San Francisco means city dwellers can catch a plane at breakfast and be on the slopes—or in the woods—by lunchtime.

This week, the iconic mountain town was the place to see and be seen as 150 guests and agents from around the country gathered to celebrate The Agency’s arrival in Park City at local hotspot Butcher’s Chop House. Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and a Rolex trunk show as they mixed and mingled against the breathtaking mountain backdrop.

The Agency’s arrival in Park City is highlighted by the opening of two new office locales, 255 Main Street, Suite E, led by Charlie Taylor and Jake Doilney, and 50 Shadow Ridge Road, led by Mike Mazzone. Together, the Park City team has more than 54 years of experience in luxury real estate and has closed more than $713.44 million in sales to date.

“We are thrilled to lead The Agency’s expansion in Park City,” said Charlie. “The Agency is at the forefront of innovation and technology, and we look forward to collaborating with the team worldwide to bring best in class service to Park City.”

“Park City has emerged as one of the most coveted destinations for enjoying the outdoor lifestyle year-round,” adds Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Co-Founder of The Agency. “We are excited to be entering the market with Charlie, Jake and Mike at the helm and had a great time celebrating The Agency’s arrival with friends, both old and new.”
