Just two months after announcing our expansion into the South Florida market with our flagship office in Boca Raton, we’re proud to continue our growth in the area with the opening of our second and third locations in Aventura and Coral Gables. The Agency Development Group is also making waves in the Sunshine State, representing three prestigious new development projects in the region.

Aventura and Coral Gables will be led by industry veterans Chris Franciosa and Jared Ringel, who together have sold more than $100 million of new development and resale product. Howard Elfman will take the helm as Managing Broker, while Oliver Ruiz will serve as Strategic Growth Manager. The elite team of agents from The Dustin Fealy Group, which recently joined The Agency Collective, will be headquartered in Coral Gables.
Already representing marquee listings, Chris, Jared and Dustin Fealy were recently tapped to represent NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal’s mega-mansion. Set on three sprawling acres in the posh, gated golf community of Isleworth, with nearly 700 feet of prime lake frontage, the private estate is enveloped by lush landscaping and boasts panoramic views along the shores of Lake Butler.
Meanwhile, The Agency Development Group has been selected to represent 353 Sunset, Aventura Village and Bay Harbor One, three distinct and 
impactful projects located in Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Bay Harbor Islands.
