It’s no secret The Agency marches to the beat of our own drum, and when it comes time to showcase our exquisite properties, nobody strikes a sweeter note. For a unique evening under the stars, self-professed music lover and real estate aficionado Phillip Caruso partnered with Sofar Sounds for a secret concert at his new listing located at 2245 Aralia. The newly built coastal modern farmhouse in Newport Beach, designed by architect Dennis Bedford, provided the perfect backdrop for a night that will long be remembered.
“As a musician myself, it was an honor hosting Sofar Sounds, friends of The Agency and these awesome bands for an incredible night at 2245 Aralia,” says Phillip. “I’m a huge supporter of what Sofar Sounds is doing to bring the music community together and offer a new experience for fans everywhere. It was a great night and a wonderful opportunity to showcase this exceptional property.”
70 Sofar music fans and friends of The Agency gathered on the home’s expansive pool deck for surprise twilight performances by San Diego-based dream-pop outfit Inspired & the Sleep; “post-apocalyptic space duo” Formerly Alien; and Ohio-born, Los Angeles-based, two-time Grammy Award-winning folk-pop artist Parker Lane.
