The results of “The Thousand 2019” REAL Trends Inc. ranking are in. The Agency is once again proud to have ranked among the best of the best, with 14 of our own among the top 1,000 real estate professionals and teams in the nation.
Now in its 14th year, The Thousand recognizes those who collectively place in the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.25 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide. In partnership with The Wall Street Journal, The Thousand is widely considered the most prestigious ranking in real estate.
The Agency’s Managing Partner Santiago Arana ranked Number 7 in the nation and Number 3 in California with a total sales volume of more than $340MM. This marks Santiago’s ninth consecutive year on the charts. Ranking Number 41 on this year’s list of top real estate teams with a sales volume of more than $278MM is The Umansky Team, led by The Agency’s CEO and Co-Founder Mauricio Umansky, who was ranked as a team and not an individual for the very first time alongside Eduardo Umansky and Farrah Brittany. The team of David Parnes and James Harris, of Million Dollar Listing L.A., ranked Number 57 on this year’s top teams by sales volume.
Also topping this year’s list were Sandro Dazzan at Number 60, Aileen Comora at Number 61, Tracy McLaughlin at Number 63, Paul Lester at Number 66, Blair Chang at Number 159, Jon Grauman at Number 168, David Solomon at Number 170 and Craig Knizek at Number 230.
