Mauricio Umansky, Santiago Arana and Sandro Dazzan took a break from the rigorous world of luxury real estate to craft some cocktails at coastal hotspot SHOREbar in Santa Monica. The late summer event benefitted Giveback Homes, an organization that builds housing for families and individuals in need around the U.S. and abroad. Recently, The Agency’s Beverly Hills office helped construct ten homes in Culver City for one of Giveback Homes’ L.A. area Build Days.
“This is such a great way to support an organization we hold in such high regard. And we’ve had such an incredible turn out of supporters!” said Mauricio, who put his cocktail-making skills to the test for the high-energy evening. “I’m no pro, but I can certainly make a mean spicy margarita.”
As the sun set over the nearby Will Rogers State Beach, guests poured into the West Channel road bar and ordered margaritas from the trio behind the bar, each mixed with Milagro Tequila. Other drinks offered included wine from Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyard, VDKA6100, Peroni and Gem & Bolt mezcal. By the end of the night, The Agency had raised $3,645.36 to benefit Giveback Homes and our Build Day events.
“Selling multi-million dollar properties is definitely tough, but shaking up a good cocktail is no easy feat either!” said Santiago. “I love to see our team come together for a great cause like this.
“I’m always willing to break a sweat for Giveback Homes,” said Sandro. “We’re all happy to help their mission however we can.”
