An Artful Twilight Celebration at The Sevens in Hancock Park

by | Oct 15, 2019

On an evening in early autumn, The Agency hosted a twilight event at The Sevens to celebrate the new collection of traditionally informed modern homes in Hancock Park. Fusing West Coast airiness with grand, East Coast-inspired elegance, the seven free-standing, three-story homes are located on the northwest corner of Wilshire and Rimpau, moments from the shops, restaurants and entertainment of Larchmont Village and West  Hollywood.

Guests sipped Champagne and rosé, enjoyed fresh cheeses and fruit from an antipasto spread by Bites & Bashes, and got an up-close view of French-born, L.A.-based artist Alexander Partman as he crafted a one-of-a-kind piece on site, called “Black Swan” (it’s since been sold).

“The Sevens—which are themselves uniquely L.A. works of art—are the perfect stage to spotlight a local creative like Alexander,” says Ben Belack, who represents the property alongside Hana Cha, managing director of The Agency Development Group.

“Each home at The Sevens is so comfortable with unparalleled workmanship in both quality and design,” says Hana. “Hosting this event was a breeze, in part because these homes are designed for entertaining—from the kitchen to the living spaces, every room accommodated guests perfectly.”

The homes offer three- to the four-bedroom floor and a wealth of amenities—including rooftop terraces, Snaidero kitchens with Viking appliances, high coffered ceilings, UV-filtered skylights, wide plank oak flooring, walk-in closets and an attached two-car garage with pre-wiring for electric car charging.

Before leaving, attendees stopped by the event’s dessert station and filled to-go bags with chocolates and gummy candies—a perfect ending to a sweet evening.  See more event photos below.
