The new One&Only Mandarina is now accepting reservations for hotel stays beginning in November 2020. The latest One&Only destination, situated along a one-mile stretch of sandy beach on Mexico’s pristine Riviera Nayarit, was recently named by Forbes as one of The 40 Most Anticipated Luxury Hotel Openings for 2020. The article noted the hotel’s location “in one of the last remaining beachfront jungles in Mexico.”
Situated within the gated Mandarina community, One&Only Mandarina will feature a One&Only Spa, private beach club, adult-only and family-friendly pools, spectacular dining destinations, and an 85,000-square-foot KidsOnly club with a butterfly sanctuary, treehouses and nature trail. Mandarina will also feature One&Only Mandarina Private Homes, among the first collection of full-ownership One&Only homes in the world.
“The opening of the hotel will offer the very first chance to experience Mandarina in person,” says Andy Ardila, Managing Director of The Agency Development Group. “I think people will be blown away by Mandarina’s incredible location. The hotel and private homes are surrounded by calm, sandy beaches, tropical jungle, rolling green flatlands and thousands of acres of federally protected acres in the Sierra del Vallejo Mountains. There is absolutely nothing else like it in Mexico.”
The 55 ultra-private homes offer four-, five- and eight-bedroom floor plans, private pools, ensuite bedrooms and sweeping ocean, jungle and mountain views. Owners enjoy priority reservations, preferred pricing and signing privileges at One&Only Spa, restaurants and clubs, as well as concierge service, turnkey property management and the option to place their villa in the One&Only-managed Private Home Rental Program. In addition to the One&Only Mandarina amenities, residents enjoy those of the master-planned Mandarina community, including a jungle adventure course, miles of biking, hiking and horseback riding trails, and the stunning, world-class Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club.
“The amenities of Mandarina are unparalleled, as is the location,” explains Andy. “It’s rare for one destination to offer such a range of experiences—from the beach to the mountains, from the estuary to the jungle—and in such an easily accessible location, less than an hour north of Puerto Vallarta.”
