Two of The Agency’s industry-leading South Florida agents nabbed the spotlight in the November 3 episode of The American Dream, which highlighted the beloved neighborhoods of Palm Beach.
Joshua Gold and Megann Lucaj were featured on the show, and toured 16800 Matisse Drive, a nearly 7,000-square-foot, newly built home within Seven Bridges by GL Homes, one of Delray Beach’s most coveted development communities.
“The community has tons to offer,” Megann told The American Dream. “There’s a restaurant on site, an indoor basketball court, tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, a kid’s game room—it’s country club-style living without the country club fees.” In addition to the community amenities, the home is outfitted with a chef’s kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and durable quartz countertops. Elsewhere, find a master bath crafted with Carrara marble counters, a soaking tub and steam shower. Outside, an expansive outdoor patio boasts a pool and views of a scenic estuary. “This home is part of the Empire collection, which means it has a larger lot, a larger backyard and more amenities,” notes Joshua.
Created by CEO of Ignite Now Media, Craig Sewing and now in its sixth season, The American Dream is a television series that aims to “Educate, Empower and Engage” audiences with innovative business leaders, accomplished entrepreneurs, finance experts, and top-producing realtors from around the country.
