The Agency’s global expansion hit a fever pitch in 2021 with a company record of 12 new office openings in one year. From Canada to Hawaii, East Coast to West Coast, we had much to celebrate as we welcomed new incredible members to our quickly growing network of international offices.
New franchise locations opened in Oakville, Ontario, New Canaan, Connecticut, North Shore—New York, Calgary, Alberta, Vancouver, British Columbia, Boston, Massachusetts, Maui, Hawaii, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Las Vegas, Nevada and Denver, Colorado. We also opened new corporate office locations in Studio City and Pacific Palisades, California. Here’s a little walk down memory lane from our very eventful 2021.
New Canaan, Connecticut
The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky joined New Canaan Managing Partners Todd David Miller and Cliff Smith to reveal the new Connecticut franchise with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on South Street.
North Shore—New York
Mauricio’s East Coast tour continued as he joined North Shore—New York Managing Partners Michael Smith and Don Mastroiann to unveil the company’s first Long Island office, and our first official branded hot dog, in the heart of downtown Huntington.
Las Vegas, Nevada
The Agency celebrated its first Nevada location in true Vegas form, gathering at the clubhouse of private community Ascaya. The red carpet arrival dazzled, as drag queens welcomed Las Vegas Managing Partner Zar Zanganeh, The Agency President Rainy Hake Austin, Mauricio and Founder/Vice Chairman Billy Rose.
Pacific Palisades, California
The Agency’s new Pacific Palisades office opened on a (sugar) high. Led by Santiago Arana and Marco Rufo, the office in Palisades Village welcomed its first guests in July during the ever-popular Palisades Village Farmers Market. The Agency team gathered to greet guests and local residents, offering a little something sweet for all ages, including branded ice cream and mimosas.
Studio City, California
The celebrations continued with our new office launch in Studio City, marking a strategic expansion in the Los Angeles market and complementing our existing offices in Sherman Oaks and Calabasas, all of which thrive under the leadership of Craig Knizek, Michelle Schwartz and Emil Hartoonian.
