The Agency is proud to announce that Emil Hartoonian, one of the top producing agents in the Calabasas and Hidden Hills markets, will be joining the team. Emil, who brings with him more than 12 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage lending business, will be Managing Partner and Principal of The Agency’s upcoming Calabasas office. Following the release of its annual “Celebrity 100” round-up, a ranking of America’s most powerful stars, Forbes once again compiled a list of where these top earners are looking to buy property. The Wall Street Journal released their 2015 Top 1,000 Real Estate Professionals, and The Agency is thrilled to announce that 20 of its agents ranked among the best of the best in the U.S. in several categories. Although the youngest and the smallest of the brokerages with more than one agent on the list, The Agency led all LA County brokerages with a staggering 13 agents represented on the Journal’s Top 250 Individuals by Sales Volume.

The Agency is proud to announce that Nile Eckhoff will be joining the team as Associate of New Development based in the Bay Area. Earning his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University, Nile brings extensive knowledge in commercial real estate to the table.

From property management to overseeing the operations of a commercial sales team, Nile has worked in various sectors of real estate and is steadfast when it comes to assisting developers who must bring their housing to market in a timely fashion. On April 8, Haute Residence’s “Power Players under 40” panel at the second annual L.A. Luxury Real Estate Summit featured The Agency’s own James Harris and David Parnes. The panel was part of a larger discussion on how to be successful in California’s booming real estate market.
