As usual, our agents were busy this month, making the time to run for charity, share their expertise on podcasts, and celebrating their colleagues. Read about some of the fun they had all around the globe.


South Florida

Arizona

Wendy Walker was featured on the Snapshot podcast this month. In the episode, she talks about how to have consistent branding across digital properties, including getting started with a logo, developing messaging and putting it all together. Magician Chris Michael delighted participants with his tricks and left the audience amazed. After all, Team Nurit is all about making the impossible possible. Greater Los Angeles

Angeleno featured three properties in their round-up of 6 On-The-Market Homes With Killer Views. James Harris and David Parnes’s brand new, contemporary Bel Air listing at 971 Linda Flora Drive was highlighted, showcasing its exquisite infinity pool overlooking the Santa Monica Mountains. Additionally, Farah Levi’s listing at 2304 Donella Circle showed off its stunning lake, city, and mountain views from four tiered levels. Sandro Dazzan and Mauricio Umansky’s Malibu property at 31460 Broad Beach Road added beachfront views to the mix, with expansive deck and outdoor spaces maximizing the whitewater views.

In other L.A. news, William Baker was elected Vice-President of the Porsche Club of America for the Los Angeles Region. An organization of Porsche enthusiasts in the United States and Canada, PCA has more than 130,000 members and is the largest single-brand club in the world. William was recognized in the national Panorama magazine, which featured architectural properties and iconic Porsche automobiles. Orange County

Sanaz Sepidar showed athletic prowess by running the Race Through California to benefit FeedingAmerica the day before her birthday—and it was an amazing experience as her third 5k. But she’s not stopping there. Sanaz is currently training to do a half-marathon in fall, also for charity.

As the Orange County Head Chair of the Emilio Nares Foundation, Cara Farley announced the annual Emilio Rides Campaign, which supports safe transportation for underprivileged children with Cancer to their treatment. The campaign begins March 7th. The annual campaign has completed over one million miles for children in need in Southern California.

Cara has also strategically partnered with Jon Grauman and Wolf Amer to co-list two side-by-side duplexes in Los Feliz with stunning views and beautiful craftsmanship. 3715 Arbolada is offered at $2.1M and 3707 Arbolada, offered at $1.5M—their first time on the market since 1940.

Baja Sur

Feliz Aniversario! Alejandro Mitre celebrated his third year in Todos Santos by posting a fun image on social media. Now, with new restrictions, Brad works to find a foster family for the dog as soon as possible once they come in.

Zhane Dikes was featured by @netflixfamily during Black History Month, sharing how black excellence is celebrated in her household every single month of the year. Zhane and her partner strive daily to ensure that their son is properly educated on Black History and all of the beauty, strength, knowledge, and love that is within Black Culture today.
