29713 ZUMA BAY WAY The New York Times recently featured this three-bedroom beachside Malibu condominium, located in the gated, private Zuma Bay Villas, in an article that looks at homes in California in the $1.7million range. Noting the home’s proximity to Zuma Beach, known for its surfing and wide stretches of sand, the Times also mentioned the home’s large living area, sliding-glass doors, ocean-view balcony, refreshed kitchen and ocean-view primary suite. 1072 NEWBERN CT Robb Report chose Wayne Gretzky’s sprawling Thousand Oaks, California mansion as its Home of the Week. “Perched on a 6.6-acre hilltop within the gated Sherwood Country Club, this oh-so-elegant red brick home boasts 360-degree vistas of Lake Sherwood and the Santa Monica Mountains,” writes Robb Report. Represented by Arvin Haddad, the home built in 2002 features six bedrooms, eight baths, two guest houses, movie screening room, billiard room, pool and sunken tennis court. Haddad tells Robb Report the Gretskys spent millions of dollars renovating the home, and the detailing is beyond remarkable.

EMIL HARTOONIAN – The Managing Partner of The Agency Calabasas and Sherman Oaks recently shared his expertise with Realtor.com for the piece, How Did Khloé Kardashian Manage to Double Her Money With Calabasas Home Sale. The article recounts how the star sold the home she purchased from Justin Bieber for $7.2 million in 2014 for a record $15.5 million inside the gates of the uber-exclusive Estates at the Oaks community. “Beyond being located behind a double-gated community and unparalleled privacy, the Estates is a gem to both value and quality of life,” Emil, who has closed the majority of personal sales volume in The Estates in the last few years, tells Realtor.com.

232 CARROLL CANAL – In the article Defying Convention, DIGS Magazine showcases the stylish retreat that “fully embraces Venice Beach living, complete with a prime setting on the picturesque canals.” Represented by James Harris, David Parnes and Fred Dapp, the home stands apart from the neighborhood’s surrounding bungalows with a striking brownstone-inspired structure composed of light brick cladding and steel-frame windows that capture the light reflecting off the waterways. “The stunning architecture is eye-catching to anyone walking by,” Fred tells DIGS.

THE AGENCY D.C. METROInman got the exclusive on the opening of The Agency’s first D.C. Metro location, which marked its debut earlier this month. In The Agency Expands into DC with $220M RE/MAX brokerage, Inman notes that Nurit Coombe and Alex Martinez lead the team of 300 agents who sold more than 500 homes achieving $220 in sales volume in 2019. “The time is right for us to blend our innovative techniques with The Agency’s powerful branding and marketing prowess and to create something that the D.C. market has never seen before,” Nurit told Inman.

1235 E. LAKE DRIVE – The Sun Sentinel recently spotlighted this spectacular waterfront home in the article, Harbor Beach estate includes space for several megayachts. Represented by Howard Elfman and Steve McAleer, the gated two-story Mediterranean home is located on the Intracoastal, capturing sweeping water views. The home boasts ten bedrooms, 14 baths, a rooftop terrace, pool, outdoor kitchen, theater, gym, massage room, guest house and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar. “You’re not going to find anything of this size on over an acre at this price point,” Howard tells the Sun Sentinel. “It’s rare to find something with this much space and this much privacy.”

5474 JED SMITH ROAD – In the article, Scott Disick sells Hidden Hills farmhouse for $5.6 million, the Los Angeles Times marked the sale of this remodeled, contemporary residence located in the exclusive guard-gated Hidden Hills community. Noting Disick transformed the home from a traditional-style space into a modern farmhouse, the Times showcased the vast open floor plan and reclaimed wood backyard pavilion. Represented by Kozet Luciano and Andre Manoukian, the five-bedroom, six-bath home boasts Fleetwood pocket doors, a zero-edge pool and spa, dual primary suites and a marble kitchen.

ALEXIA UMANSKY – Like father, like daughter. In the article, Alexia Umansky Just Had a First in Her Real Estate Career, Bravo recently covered a video tour hosted by Alexia, on behalf of the entire Umansky Team.
