National

After selling out the first phase of development for The Edison Midtown, Jim and Marilyn Cavanaugh of The Agency’s Cavanaugh Luxury Group are taking on the next extension of the project, according to AZ Big Media. Spearheaded by Tannin Developments in partnership with Ameris Construction, The Edison Midtown features 60 luxury condos in the heart of Phoenix’s food and business district.

Texas

Realty News Report spoke with Managing Director Leslie Gossett and Broker of Record Noa Levy about Austin’s booming luxury residential market. “Austin consistently ranks high on list after list of best places to live. Between tech companies relocating their headquarters here, a top-ranking university, our bustling music scene and an active outdoor community,” notes Leslie. “Austin attracts people of varying demographics. We are—and continue to be—‘discovered.’”

Additionally, Austin Business Journal nominated Noa Levy for the 2022 Austin Woman in Business awards, now in its 28th year, and Austin Real Producers profiled Sara Kogut in their August issue.

Southern California
