The Agency’s very own Arvin Haddad is taking on challenging sales, remodels and the most discerning clientele as one of the stars of CNBC’s “Listing Impossible.” The first show of the season premiered this past week (January 15) and featured Arvin front and center, working with potential clients in Hancock Park. 

Arvin, who joined The Agency last fall, is a well regarded, record-breaking local broker known for his passion and integrity. Haddad has achieved record-setting sales in Sunset Plaza, Bel-Air, Hancock Park, Brookside, Windsor Village, Oxford Square and Mt. Olympus. Two stunning Orange County properties served as the stage for a pair of unforgettable musical performances by local artists in collaboration with Sofar Sounds, which specializes in organizing secret, invite-only music gigs in unexpected locations. 

On a recent Saturday evening, 2512 Glenneyre Street in Laguna Beach hosted English singer-songwriter Karima Francis, harpist Gracie Sprout and folksy, alt-rock band The Ateliers. The event also benefitted the Laguna Food Pantry.

Located on North Street, the outpost joins the firm’s new locations in Noe Valley, Danville and Marin. Additional Northern California offices are set to be unveiled in the coming months.

Local artists, delectable bites and a live DJ brought the perfect amount of modern Downtown L.A. energy to the recent cocktail party at 939 S Broadway. The former home of the historic Western Costume Building was recently refreshed, offering one- and two-bedroom, industrial-chic condominiums in one of L.A.’s most dynamic neighborhoods, which is brimming with galleries, theaters, restaurants and cafes. 

Upon arrival, guests enjoyed spicy tuna with crispy rice from Silver Lake Ramen DTLA, then toured model residences, each of which displayed vibrant pop-up art installations by local artists Sarah Bosworth, Mike Norice and Laura Grier, as well as pop-up retail displays by Andeana Hats and HuntedFox.

The Agency team came out in full force the 9th Annual Putt an End to Homelessness Tournament the Angeles National Golf Club last month. The event raised funds to support families and individuals experiencing homelessness. Put on by L.A. Family Housing and co-chaired by Jonathan Ruiz, the organization’s newest board member and founding member of The Agency. 

“With 110 golfers, 26 sponsors, this was our most successful tournament yet,” said Jonathan. During a pre-tournament breakfast, participants listened to testimonials to individuals directly impacted by LAFH’s efforts as well as Stephanie Klasky-Gamer, who is President of LAFH. Later, attendees bid on a range of items in a silent auction.

This past year has been a rewarding one for The Agency and Giveback Homes—full of high-intensity Build Days and incredible moments of human kindness and connection. 

From Culver City and Orange County, to Park City and Denver, The Agency partnered with Giveback Homes and Habitat for Humanity to complete several new residences for families in need—including a U.S. veteran with disabilities, a single mother of three with a 16-year-old son with special needs and a single mother with two young daughters. 

To support Giveback Homes on the construction of these new residences, The Agency team raised funds through events at SHOREbar, Bunda and BoxUnion workout classes and staff donations at company events.
