Here’s a roundup of February’s press hotlist.

Global

Mauricio UmanskyFox Business interviewed The Agency’s Founder and CEO in a segment highlighting the rise of the reality show estate agent, and how they leverage the spotlight to build trust and credibility in a volatile market. ”You’re seeing a lot of these new agents building their careers on television, and they’re becoming superstars; they’re becoming top agents in the country, top agents in their market.”

Los Angeles

Jon Grauman and Adam Rosenfeld gave The Wall Street Journal an exclusive look at their latest breathtaking listing, a stunning $139M mansion known as LA FIN at 1200 Bel Air Road, a decadent estate that rivals any seven-star resort with its 12 bedrooms, sub-zero vodka tasting room, 6-car display rotating auto elevator and 6,000-square-foot nightclub.

Mansion Global ran an exclusive feature on Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo‘s new listing, the Caplin House at 229 San Juan Avenue in Venice. “With its laid-back and creative expression, the Caplin House embodies the spirit of Venice and two of its most revered architects: Fred Fisher and his mentor, Frank Gehry,” Billy explains. The Island House in Orange County got the attention of Mansion Global, which announced that Mauricio Umansky, Michael Caruso, Roxy Gonzalez and Phillip Caruso had listed the property. “An architectural blend of traditional and modern design, the seven-bedroom, 10-bath residence encompasses three lots, creating a magnificent homesite designed for indoor-outdoor living,” Michael noted.


NorCal

Financial Times highlighted five homes for sale that represent the best of the West Coast’s wine country, including Robin Gordon and Caroline Johnson’s listing at 949 Canyon Road, a newly constructed single-story farmhouse boasting an open concept, pool house nearly five acres of land and sweeping views of the surrounding vineyards and hills.

Las Vegas
