The Hoboken real estate market saw a 16% decrease in home sales during Q3 compared with Q2, and a 30% decrease in home sales compared with Q3 of last year, while homes spent an average of 26 days on the market, up 13% from 23 days in Q2 of this year. 257 Hoboken homes were listed on the market during Q3 and the median listing price was $849,900. The median sales price was up 4% and the average sales price was up 22% compared with the previous quarter and up 18% compared to the same quarter last year.
