The Agency’s President Rainy Hake Austin has been selected among HousingWire’s 2021 Women of Influence, representing the top professionals advancing the housing economy. The exclusive list celebrates its eleventh year honoring 100 women who were chosen by HousingWire’s Selection Committee based on their achievements within their organizations as well as the wider mortgage, real estate and financial technology industries.
Rainy joins an inspiring and esteemed group of women narrowed down from hundreds of submissions. Many of this year’s winners mentor other women in the industry, some coordinate volunteer programs for their teams and others serve on crucial advisory boards, but all have been making positive contributions within the real estate community and played an instrumental role in paving the way for more women to succeed.
Having successfully led and expanded operations at Alain Pinel Realtors and Compass before joining The Agency’s executive team, Rainy’s impact on the industry warrants this recognition. In addition to augmenting The Agency’s operations and expanding the business’s national footprint and international reach, she has also cultivated a culture of inclusion and positivity while supporting the team’s budding philanthropic efforts through The Agency Gives.
