This is making them a popular choice for those requiring a luxury living space as well as a full professional office or creative studio, including TikTok and YouTube creators. Meanwhile, Mansion Global took a look at the market in Las Vegas and the luxury home community, Ascaya. “At Ascaya we’ve had a couple of recent transactions that went for well over $1,000 per square foot, which was previously unheard of,” Mike Leipart, who heads TADG, told the outlet.
