Luxury real estate agents Jon Grauman, Adam Rosenfeld, David Parnes and James Harris have announced that Grauman Rosenfeld Group and Bond Street Partners have joined forces to form a new powerhouse team, Bond Collective, which will be headquartered at The Agency office in Beverly Hills. Lauren Grauman, the current CEO of the Grauman Rosenfeld Group, will serve as CEO.
This year, James, David, Jon and Adam are on track to bring in a combined $1.4 Billion in sales volume. With this significant business move, they will become one of the highest-ranking teams in the U.S. The combined career sales of the four prolific agents currently exceed $9 Billion.
“We are thrilled about the opportunities that this merger will create for our agents and clients alike. Combining our two forces will allow us to deliver more value than ever before,” says David.
James continued: “The synergy between our two teams is going to create a force to be reckoned with! We’ve known Jon, Adam and Lauren for 10 years and we have tremendous admiration for what they’ve built.”
The name Bond Collective was inspired by the strong friendship between the principals, which has spanned over the course of a decade. It is also a reference to the bond that they have with clients, agents and staff.

Notably, James and David were cast members of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles for eight years, and Jon and Adam are featured on Buying Beverly Hills, the hit Netflix reality series that premiered last month.

David Parnes

Originally from London, England, David worked at a hedge fund before transitioning to represent a private portfolio of real estate assets in Europe. With over $4 Billion in career sales, the partners earned The Agency’s MVP Award in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and The Agency’s Chairman Award in 2020 and 2021. David and James represented the seller in the $120 Million dollar sale of 594 S. Mapleton in Holmby Hills—also known as The Manor— setting the record for the highest sale in Holmby Hills, the 6th highest sale ever in Los Angeles County and the 10th highest sale in U.S. history. David is a former star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
James Harris

Born and raised in London, England, James worked as a residential investment agent in the United Kingdom, before relocating to Los Angeles. A former star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, James and his business partner David specialize in high-end residential real estate and investment properties in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, the Hollywood Hills, Malibu, the Pacific Palisades and the greater Los Angeles region. James and David were both recently named among Hollywood’s Top 30 Real Estate Agents 2022 by The Hollywood Reporter. They represented the seller in the $72.5 Million dollar sale of a home in the Trousdale area of Beverly Hills—marking the highest sale in Beverly Hills history in 2019.
