We’re right at home in Los Altos! The Agency celebrated the official debut of its Los Altos office with a special day of events, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, luxury real estate expert panel and an evening soiree in the new office space on 160 Main Street.
To start the celebrations, The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky led an exciting ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Los Altos mayor, Anita Enander, President of Los Altos Chamber of Commerce, Kimberly Mosely, as well as The Agency President, Rainy Hake Austin, Managing Director Quetzal Grimm and Regional Manager of Northern California, Jeff Samuels. Adding to the day’s ambiance was local agent Ryan Gowdy’s eye-catching vintage red Mustang, which enjoyed a prime spot in front of the new office.
Next, about 50 guests—including local team members, real estate agents and community leaders—moved inside the new Los Altos office for a special panel event on the current real estate market and luxury agent service featuring Mauricio, Rainy Hake Austin, Blair Chang, Wendy Walker and Jill Fusari, sponsored by Peter Pham with AmeriHome Mortgage.
After the panel concluded, the party began—more than 100 attendees joined us in toasting the new office space and our growing team of local agents. Cocktails, wine and refreshments were served, and nearby restaurant The Post provided comfort food-inspired appetizers.
The debut of The Agency Los Altos comes at a time of impressive growth for the firm in Northern California. The Agency currently has several offices throughout Northern California, including Sonoma County, East Bay, Marin and Carmel, with plans to continue to expand further throughout the Bay Area.
