The townhouse, located at 21 Hamilton Terrace, is owned by Tunie and her ex-husband, Gregory Generet, and is currently listed for $3.5M. It was previously listed in 2014 for $3.75M but was taken off the market after not being sold immediately. After two years, the townhouse has not been able to sell, despite its extravagant design, unique antique finish, and desirable location within the neighborhood.

21 Hamilton Terrace features 4,200-square-feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It also boasts a music room, library, chef’s kitchen, butler’s pantry, glass atrium, and 700-square-foot outdoor deck, among other elaborate rooms. Another attraction is its clear view of the eastern skyline. Its location on Hamilton Terrace brings a historical feel due to its preserved architectural details.

The house was originally bought for $225,000 in 1993 and had to undergo major renovations after being vandalized. The townhouse was designed by famed architect William Storm in 1896 and was built down the street from founding father, Alexander Hamilton’s, former residence. Elegant, historic, and incredibly charming, this home will be loved by all.
