Led by Managing Partners Brad Wolf and Ryan Wolf, the Birmingham office serves clients throughout the region, including Oakland County, home to six of the state’s top ten school districts, 358 lakes, 6,700 acres of parks and 61 scenic golf courses.

The Agency has more than 50 offices across the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe, with new offices in Downtown Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Muskoka and Naples, Florida, that have launched in 2022.

Hall & Hunter Realtors was founded in 1954. In 1982, Dennis Wolf, Brad and Ryan’s father, acquired the company and its 10 agents and set out to create Michigan’s premier, locally-owned and operated real estate business. Managing Partner of The Agency Hall & Hunter, Brad Wolf is a graduate of Northwood University and was employed by a local marketing firm before joining his family’s real estate company as a sales agent in 1997. Over the last 25 years, Brad has served on the company’s Advisory Board, developed an in-house marketing department and implemented technology, all while maintaining a position as a top producer. In the mid-2000s, Brad became a member of the management team, assisting with strategically recruiting, retaining agents, staffing, forecasting and goal setting. Brad obtained his broker’s license in 2010 and added the position of Managing Broker to his role within the company.

Ryan Wolf, Managing Partner of The Agency Hall & Hunter, brings a lifetime of real estate experience, deep roots within the Birmingham community, and a passion for quality to the brokerage. Ryan and his colleagues at Hall & Hunter proudly support clients throughout a major life milestone and provide them with the nuanced expertise and devout attention they deserve. Ryan’s career began at a young age. After getting his driver’s license, he became the Hall & Hunter sign installer, his after-school contribution to the family business. He attended Indiana University, after which his first job was in the real estate title insurance industry, followed by a position in mortgage banking for 12 years. In 2015, he finally gave in to his ultimate passion and delved into real estate. Today, he is recognized as one of the region’s premier real estate professionals.
