New Podcast ‘Positively Chaotic with James Harris’ Makes its Debut

by | Aug 25, 2020

The Agency’s James Harris, star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, is hitting the airwaves with his newest venture, the original, unscripted podcast—Positively Chaotic with James Harris. The podcasts, available on video and audio only, feature special guests talking about moments that changed their lives, lessons learned and all the chaos in between. The first weekly episode dropped on Tuesday, August 25, with James welcoming star Kelly Rowland. Upcoming guests include Kyle Richards (star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and wife of The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky), Jodie Sweetin, Eugenio Derbez, and Nick Cassavetes. People Magazine had the exclusive on the show’s debut, including a clip where James’ mum had some choice (and hilarious) words about his behavior as a child.

“I have always had a positive outlook throughout my very chaotic life, and the more people I met along my journey, the more I came to realize that so many who have achieved great success approached their lives in a similar way,” James says. “Partnering with the talented team of storytellers at Big Spark Studios to create this podcast has given me the opportunity to share more about my positively chaotic life, and the lives of many others in the public eye. The title seems so very fitting in today’s world, and I hope that ‘Positively Chaotic with James Harris’ will be a great way to share inspiring memories, moments, and pivotal points in people’s lives and allow for many good laughs along the way.”

Born and raised in London, Harris’ entrepreneurial drive started at the tender age of 16. After working as a residential investment agent in the United Kingdom, James and his business partner David Parnes headed to Los Angeles with the goal of breaking into the high-end residential real estate market. From humble beginnings, the duo persevered and with hard work and determination, have been noted by The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends among the top-producing real estate agents in the country for many years in a row.

In 2019, the duo recorded more than $392 million in transactions, broke countless sales records, and represented the sellers in the $119.5 million transaction of the former Spelling residence, The Manor. Despite the countless sales achievements, celebrity clients, and landmark deals, James remains humble, hardworking, and dedicated to his family.

Positively Chaotic with James Harris episodes will be released on a weekly basis beginning on August 25 and be available on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube.
