The Agency’s global expansion continues, with leading industry executive Rachel Guerin tapped to run the newly launched Relocation Department. Rachel joins The Agency after holding senior leadership positions at Coldwell Banker, Lyon Real Estate, and most recently, Compass. She brings almost 30 years of real estate industry experience to The Agency at a time of impressive growth for the company. The Agency has recently announced a collection of new corporate and franchise offices nationally and internationally and will reveal more global locales shortly.

Rachel will be an instrumental resource for The Agency’s agents as they further build their referral networks. Her focus will be on establishing programs and identifying resources and opportunities for agents to enhance their client experience. She will also create new business development opportunities and establish key partnerships with global corporations in servicing employee mobility needs. Rachel will work closely with The Agency’s expert team of training staff to further establish relocation curriculum and educational programs pertaining to the relocation business.

The Agency recently launched several new franchise locations including Boston, Massachusetts, Vancouver, Calgary and Oakville, Canada, New Canaan, Connecticut, and North Shore-New York, as well as new corporate office locations in Studio City and Pacific Palisades, California. The firm will reveal new international locations and unveil offices on the east coast later this summer.
