Turks & Caicos
The Turks & Caicos team released its detailed Q3 Report, noting the appeal of the islands held strong, with celebrity and high-end clientele returning the moment the borders reopened. The Agency Arizona welcomes its new Broker of Record, Chris Perez, a veteran leader in the local real estate market, who previously served as President of The Perez Group. He is also one of the founding members and leaders of the Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour, and an instructor of contract law at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. A past chairman of the PVLT, Chris will serve as an experienced resource for the entire Arizona team and their clients.

British Columbia

The Managing Partner of The Agency D.C. Metro office, Nurit Coombe, devotes much of her time to supporting local community causes and organizations. Most recently, she located and purchased masks to be distributed throughout Montgomery County, including N95 and surgical masks for those in need throughout Bethesda and Rockville. She published a Next Door post asking anyone in need of a mask to email her, then spent two days dropping them off to all who asked. Driven by the overwhelming response from the community, she placed an additional order for 700 masks to distribute, including 150 to be given to Chabad of Potomac for the Adel Fund. Additionally, Nurit and the D.C. Metro team have delivered pizzas for staff at Trader Joes, Giant and Potomac Disposal, thanking them for their work taking care of others.
Greater Los Angeles
Eldon Daetweiler got into the Christmas spirit early, recording and releasing a song with his brother Jeff Daetweiler called It Should Be Christmas All the Time. Bringing a message of hope and peace, the agent of nearly two decades continues making music when not touring real estate with his clients. Pasadena
Managing partner of The Agency Pasadena Gus Ruelas has been busy showing one of the most architecturally significant properties in Pasadena history, 1100 Paso Alto Road, co-listed with Anthony Guthmiller and Mauricio Umansky.
