by | Mar 8, 2023

In The Agency’s third annual Red Paper—an extensive report compiled of the latest data, research and insights on real estate market performance throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe in 2022—our team highlights the enduring appeal and challenges arising in destination markets around the U.S. and internationally.

From the Caribbean and the Baja Peninsula to the Hamptons, Aspen, Park City and Maui, the world’s destination markets experienced similar challenges as the rest of the world: tight inventory, competitive rental markets and a push for new development to answer the demand of buyers looking for second homes and investment properties.

Every market is complex and presents its own unique real estate landscape. For more focused spotlights on key U.S. and international markets, read The Red Paper in its entirety here.
