Seeing Stars: The Agency Announces its 2022 Award Winners

2022 was a landmark year at The Agency. Our agents and colleagues across the globe worked hard to achieve their own goals and give back to their communities all while delivering unmatched client service.

Amidst an evolving marketplace, the brokerage excelled, achieving $57.4 billion in global sales volume and $12.4 billion in sales over the course of the year—up $1 billion from 2021.

The average sales price across the company was a strong $1.6 million, and each agent closed $9.4 million in sales on average. Plus, The Agency grew strategically throughout the year, and now encompasses more than 70 offices in eight countries and a global team of more than 1,500 agents.

On the philanthropy side, the company raised funds for charitable initiatives across our marketplaces and made 2022 our most successful and generous year yet. The Agency’s 2022 Red Heart Award was handily won by The Agency Toronto. This annual honor is given to one office in our global community that has gone above and beyond to drive change, empower others and represent The Agency’s philanthropic mission on both personal and professional levels. The Agency Toronto took giving to all new levels in 2022, donating $35K+ Giveback Homes, logging 150+ volunteer hours and hosting its first Giveback Homes Build Day. The Toronto team also hosted a Barry’s Bootcamp Fundraiser, participated in 100 Miles in May and donated to various initiatives hosted by The Agency Global.

In the annual Chairman Awards, The Agency recognizes the top 5% agents within the company—and these dedicated professionals truly made the most of 2022. Additionally, the MVP Award goes to the agent who reached the top production based on sales volume companywide. We’re pleased to announce each of these outstanding achievers.
