The Agency joined forces with Giveback Homes in Park City, Utah and Culver City, California to help construct residences for two families in need. Giveback Homes is an organization comprised of real estate professionals who help fund and build homes for families and individuals around the globe, from Los Angeles, Phoenix, Chicago and Houston to villages in Nicaragua. Since its founding in 2013, the organization has mobilized teams of volunteer homebuilders and spearheaded fundraising events to support the construction of permanent housing for those in need.

Mauricio Umansky, Santiago Arana and Sandro Dazzan took a break from the rigorous world of luxury real estate to craft some cocktails at coastal hotspot SHOREbar in Santa Monica. The late summer event benefitted Giveback Homes, an organization that builds housing for families and individuals in need around the U.S. and abroad. Recently, The Agency’s Beverly Hills office helped construct ten homes in Culver City for one of Giveback Homes’ L.A. area Build Days.

Showcasing their painting, caulking and roofing skills, The Agency’s Beverly Hills agents and staff recently clocked in 140 volunteer hours to help build ten three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in Culver City for families in need as part of our partnership with Giveback Homes.

Blog_Yoga This past week, The Agency and Giveback Homes partnered with Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills for a yoga class to benefit a future Giveback Homes build day. The Agency has already helped build two homes and has plans to build in the upcoming year. Blog_Giveback This past week, The Agency and Giveback Homes partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles for a build day in the Watts neighborhood of L.A. The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Giveback Homes Founder, Blake Andrews, worked to put finishing touches on the Lowery family’s home. The Agency, housewives, Giveback Homes and Habitat for Humanity team spent the day revitalizing the exterior with new paint, adding a beautiful dark grey trim and lighter grey on the main panels. The Agency and Giveback Homes hosted a rocking, inspirational charity ride at SoulCycle Beverly Hills on Sept. 16, benefiting the Giveback Homes organization. The event, in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, raised money to build a house for a family in Los Angeles. This past week, The Agency and Giveback Homes partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles for a build day in Compton, CA. The Agency's Million Dollar Listing Stars, James Harris and David Parnes, and President and Co-founder, Billy Rose, along with Giveback Homes Founder, Blake Andrews, worked with the team to put some finishing touches on the Lopez family's home.

Romeo and Aracely Lopez have been sharing a one-bedroom apartment in Huntington Park with their three children for the last six years. In their current apartment there is no place for the kids to play, with this Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) home they are looking forward to more space as well as a yard for the kids to play in. The families are not
