The Agency marked the grand opening of its Maui office with a tropical celebration at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. The Agency Maui, located at The Shops at Wailea—seconds from internationally-renowned beaches, resorts and restaurants—is our first franchise in Hawaii within our growing network of 55+ locations around the world. The office is led by Managing Partners Yvienne and Gerrit Peterson, both acclaimed real estate agents with wide-ranging knowledge and experience of the island nation’s distinct offerings.
In addition to craft cocktails and locally sourced bites, guests enjoyed a live DJ, handcrafted leis and performances by traditional fire and hula dancers.
In attendance were Kyle Richards, wife of The Agency Founder and CEO, Mauricio Umansky; The Agency President, Rainy Austin and The Agency Co-Founder, Blair Chang. Wendy Walker, Managing Partner of The Agency Scottsdale was also present, alongside Zar Zanganeh, Managing Partner of The Agency Las Vegas; Kristine Semrau, Managing Partner of The Agency Calgary; Michael Caruso, Regional Manager Orange County; Kate Schillace, Chief Creative Officer; Laura Corrigan, Vice President of Public Relations; Elisabeth Walton, Director of Agent Experience; Tara Gettles, Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations; Ricardo Beer, Vice President of Franchise Sales West; Stacey Tilford, Vice President of Franchise Operations West; Makenzie Green, Vibe Director, and Kit Landry, Corporate Account Director.
As the sun set, Mauricio gave a speech alongside The Agency Maui Managing Partners Yvienne and Gerrit, while guests took in the views from an expanse of grass overlooking the ocean.

As part of the grand opening events, The Agency hosted a Luxury Market panel for an audience of the island’s top agents. The panel was moderated by Rainy Austin and featured Mauricio, Blair Chang, Wendy Walker and The Agency Maui’s Yvienne Petersen.
