For the first time, Inman has created a list of the most effective and boundary-pushing marketers who are driving success and impact in the real estate community—the 2023 Marketing All-Stars—and two of The Agency’s own are taking center stage: The Agency’s Vice President of Public Relations and Communications, Laura Corrigan and Vice President of Marketing & Content, Nicole Montgomery

During her more than six years at The Agency, Laura Corrigan has been an invaluable resource, dynamic leader and source of inspiration for the firm’s in-house public relations and marketing teams. As The Agency’s Vice President of Public Relations and Communications, she has implemented and executed the communications strategy on a corporate and regional level for the firm’s 80+ offices across 10 countries with more than 1,800 agents. Additionally, Laura has effectively directed campaigns for The Agency Development Group, The Agency Magazine and other creative projects.

As the person behind The Agency’s distinct, globally renowned brand voice, Vice President of Marketing & Content, Nicole Montgomery, masterfully drives and executes content and corporate marketing strategy across the brokerage’s network of global partners and offices. A widely respected content strategist, copywriter and editor with over 15 years of experience, Nicole has branded, marketed and directed content strategy for some of the world’s most prominent luxury real estate, resort and new development brands—including Rosewood, Villas Del Mar, One&Only Private Homes, Wilson Meany and more. Prior to working in real estate marketing, Nicole was a writer and producer for the CBS News radio affiliates in New York City (WCBS) and Washington D.C (WTOP).
