Brooklyn’s July real estate market saw large year over year and month over month increases in closed sales, a decrease in contracts signed compared with June, and a decrease in year over year and month over month price points.
The Queens real estate market in July experienced a month over month decrease in sales volume, median listed price, and total inventory. Year over year price points were slightly up while closed sales remained up substantially year over year.
