The Agency is thrilled to welcome a new franchise office in New Canaan, Connecticut to the family, marking our 17th franchise among a fast-growing network of offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

The Agency family just continues to grow, with the launch of an additional new franchise location Oakville, Canada, and a corporate office in Studio City, California. We will soon be unveiling a new franchisee partnership in Huntington, Long Island.

The New Canaan team comes with experienced leaders, who work together as partners in real estate: Todd David Miller and Cliff Smith. Todd enjoyed a successful 15-year career in public relations, entering the residential real estate industry in 2013. Known for his creative marketing strategies and deep knowledge of the market, he has sold more than $600 million in real estate.

Cliff has achieved groundbreaking sales success, including one of the highest-priced sales in New Canaan in the last five years and one of the highest-priced sales in the area in 2020. Preceding his time in residential real estate, he owned a sports agency where he represented professional basketball players in the NBA, WNBA, Europe and Asia.
