Hearth House

Hearth House is a condop with a wonderful neighborhood vibe. One elevator, six stories...only a handful of units per floor. Most layouts offer two bedrooms. Top floor units have private roof terraces and some are duplexes. Nearly all units offer some sort of private outdoor space and woodburning fireplaces. Most have now undergone renovations. Each unit has its own thermostat and separate basement boiler. Hardwood floors. Although this building is a condop, the application does require an interview and in the past, it has required moderately strong financials of prospective buyers. Pets are welcome.
