One of the most interesting buildings in TRIBECA! Why? Because it houses one of the last commercial manufacturing spaces in the area. "LET THERE BE NEON " has been producing and selling Neon Signs for many decades on the ground floor of 38. Tourists take photos on a regular basis at this otherwise nondescript grey brick building.. a stone's throw from the new, cool Roxy hotel and Jazz lounge. Once the street of the Mud Club and the Baby Doll Lounge, White street is now in the middle of a growing ground for new Condos and changing facades. Buildings that sold here in the 70s for $175,000 now have Lofts inside that sell in the Millions. Just another New York phenomenon.
