A passionate real estate professional with a strong command of the global new development market, Gina de Varona brings over 15 years of real estate new development experience to her role as Managing Director of The Agency Development Group. Gina’s formidable and in depth background in branding, real estate strategic marketing, production and pre-development planning sets her apart from most in the industry.
Gina joins the team from Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, where she spearheaded and worked on several key projects for the firm, including The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton, 3550 South Ocean, and The Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. Prior to this post, Gina’s reputation and experience garnered her to successfully consult and collaborate alongside several high-profile developers that still call her for advice. Earlier in her career, she managed several global creative accounts, including The Somerset in Turks & Caicos, Trump Hollywood in Hallandale, Jade Signature in Sunny Isles, The Clarendon in Boston and The Veneto in New York. For Gina, there are few things more exciting than watching a project from its architectural development stage to the completed, livable product.
A native of South Florida, Gina attended the University of Miami, graduating with a B.A. in Graphic Design with a minor in Film Studies. When she’s not working on behalf of her clients and developers, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two young boys and the families French bulldog, Max. Gina’s infatuation with mid-century architecture and design has resulted in a passion-project buying and restoring homes with her husband.
