Gina Ko

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
With more than 20 years of client engagement experience and now as the Founder of The Ko Team—one of New York City’s most progressive real estate affiliates at The Agency—Gina has certainly earned the utmost respect from her industry and confidence from her patrons. The Ko Team has guided clients from The Hamptons to Orange County with over $100 million in sales. Gina is also currently shining as the sales lead for The Alexandra, a refined collection of modern residences in Astoria, and the first development exclusively for The Agency.

Gina’s worldview knowledge of the real estate market, investment properties, and the intricacies of a deal, coupled with a heartfelt affinity for client advocacy, affords her the opportunity to offer an exceptional level of service. Driven by the desire to help people succeed in their life goals, Gina believes that the relationship she builds with her network is one that lasts a lifetime.

Fun fact: Gina Ko’s dream #careergoal is to be the official real estate liaison for The New York Mets—“the world’s greatest baseball team,” in her very humble opinion. “I was born in Queens, and now raising my family here as well. So to say that I’m ‘just a fan’ of The Mets is probably an understatement,” said Gina. Baseball has also set a tone for her resolute work ethos in real estate: a commitment to teamwork, strategic long-range investments, and of course: grand slam property opportunities for her clients.

Outside the office, Gina loves spending time with her husband, Handard, and their two little ones, Landon and Riley. She is also passionate about social justice issues such as poverty, homelessness, and violence against women. As a proud “Smithie,” Gina majored in studio art and remains a very well-connected member of the Smith College alumni community.
