Jeff Zicker genuinely wakes up every day excited to go to work. Jeff views his role in your real estate experience as akin to that of a financial advisor — offering counsel, advice, and guidance on anything and everything real estate related whether you close a deal together or not.

Jeff was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV – the son of a 30-year real estate veteran. Being surrounded by the industry every day, Jeff could argue his path into this business likely came around the age of 10 when he would start attending open houses with his Mom, and began asking her question after question about buying, selling, and owning real estate.

After nearly a decade in the industry, Jeff has a wealth of experience across every facet of the business; particularly on the investment side of the industry, having helped multiple landlords and funds make acquisitions, structure rental renovations, and optimize returns on their portfolios. Jeff’s career began doing 50+ rental transactions per year across all of New York City and grew into an advisory role for a large number of landlords and investors across the NYC Metro Area.

After six years of residing in Manhattan, Jeff and his wife made the move to Northern New Jersey three years ago, and absolutely love calling Port Imperial, NJ their home.

Today Jeff’s business spans the entire NYC Metro and all of Northern New Jersey. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, a fifth-time seller, or a thoroughly experienced investor, partnering with Jeff as your real estate advisor is a decision you will not regret.
