Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised in South Florida, Ana obtained her business degree at Florida Atlantic University. Prior to leading The Agency Austin, Ana worked in the corporate sphere for renowned global companies such as PepsiCo and Lenovo, specializing in several complex, detail-oriented roles, including business operations, logistics and human resources.
A champion for causes that benefit women, children, education and the arts, Ana has served on the board of several charitable organizations, including the Texas Book Festival, Wonders & Worries, Latinitas and Con Mi Madre, among others. Her philanthropic efforts support non-profits such as Horizons, Breakthrough, BookSpring, The Center for Child Protection Services, The Texas Advocacy Project, The Austin Symphony and Ballet Austin.
In her free time Ana is focused on personal fitness activities, reading, and investing time with family and friends. Traveling and immersing herself in other cultures is also a passion of hers. For entertainment and relaxation, she likes finding great places to enjoy wonderful food and wine, as well as watching movies and getting to a great beach whenever possible.
