Chief Strategic Officer and Founder at The Agency, David Walker leads the team’s investor relations, innovation direction, product vision and technology strategy. Before joining The Agency’s executive team, David served as the co-founder and CEO of the New York City-based brokerage Triplemint, which merged into The Agency in 2022, where he brought the company’s mission to give buyers, sellers and renters a more intelligent and personalized experience to fruition. Triplemint’s best-in-class technology leveraged data analytics and machine learning to identify potential buyers, find the right homes and help agents collaborate with their clients and manage their transactions seamlessly and effectively. He now continues his work in bringing enhanced technology to agents and their clients at The Agency.
As CEO, David grew the Triplemint team to over 300 agents and staff across four geographies, achieving over $1B in sales volume in 2021. Triplemint was consistently ranked among the top brokerages in New York according to The Real Deal and boasted the highest NPS score in the industry. David was also named on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List in 2017, recognized as Notable in Real Estate by Crain’s New York Business in 2021 and led Triplemint to its inclusion on the Inc. 500.
David completed his B.A. in Political Science at Yale University. While there, he became a national champion rower, earning honors as the captain of the Yale Lightweight Crew Team. A true entrepreneur at heart, he became the director of marketing at the tech startup YouRenew.com, where he developed and led marketing and business development strategies. YouRenew was acquired in 2014 by Clover Wireless.
David now lives in the West Village, spending his free time with his wonderful wife, their newborn son, dog and cat.
